Mission:
The mission of Master Tim's Camera repair is to provide top
quality digital camera repair and service for my customers at a
fair and competitive price. I do this with a sense of pride
and enthusiasm while focusing on communication with my customers
to keep them well informed during the repair process. My
hope is to help consumers avoid putting usable products into our
land fills while helping them save money by restoring value to the
products they already own and extending the product's life for
many years.
Education:
I hold a degree in Electronics from Southern
California Institute of Technology. I graduated in
1995 with a 4.0 grade point average.
Experience:
After graduating from SCIT,
I began working for the largest CASIO
® Authorized Warranty Service Center in the
USA, as the lead electronics technician. I worked for the
company for about 4 years. In 1998
I purchased this Service Center and took over all operations.
Along with the support of my staff, I made my company, Cason
Enterprises, the number one service center for CASIO
® in the USA. We handled more Watch (time pieces),
Calculators, Musical instruments etc., repairs than any other
service center, including the CASIO
® Service Center in New Jersey.
In 1999 I was
approached by CASIO PhoneMate ®, the telephone division of
CASIO ®,
and was personally asked by the president of CASIO
® to take on service for the telephone products for the
entire country. I opened a new company and doubled our staff
and repair capabilities.
In 2002 I decided
to take my company in a new direction. This has given me the
ability to focus on providing the best service possible to each
individual customer.
My Goal
My passion is my business and knowledge of
CASIO ® products. I look forward to servicing your Camera,
Watch, Digital organizer, or any other CASIO product you may have,
and providing you with top quality repair service.
