Hello Everyone,

I've decided not to post a Feedback Forum page on my own server so there's no question as to the validity of the statements made.

If you'd like to see some feedback simply search on GOOGLE or YAHOO for Casio Camera Repair.  You'll find plenty of feedback there.  I have no control over that feedback so you can see for yourself...

Listed below are a few "Feedback" threads from various sources...

Thanks, Tim Cason

Tim,
Everything you did to repair my Casio was great.  Please add me to
your list of references!

I highly recommend Tim Cason's Casio Repairs to anyone needing help
with their camera. I searched and searched for a place to get my
camera repaired, but found nothing to my satisfaction until I came
across casiorepairs.com. Tim's company is extremely professional,
responds to emails in a timely manner, and will work to solve your
camera problem. His prices are also very fair. He saved me from having
to buy a new camera! Great work!

I just received the camera back today, I was not expecting to get it back so quickly!  I have to say I was really worried about sending my camera and a check to someone I found on the internet in some other state.  But man, oh man, you have proved there's still good, honest working people out there!  Your customer service is amazing and your timeliness just can't be beat.  I was so worried that I was going to have to buy a whole new camera and it's not even 3 yrs old yet!  I tried to call the warranty number, surprise, it was disconnected and then by the greatest luck I found your web page.  Believe me, if I ever need any Casio ever repaired again, you will be the first to know.  And I'm so telling everyone about you!  Thank you so much for saving me a ton of money!  You're the best!

Tim,
Camera arrived safe and sound and seems to work fine.  Thanks for
the quick service.  Hopefully it won't get dirty again.  Odd that a
seemingly sealed case would get dust on the sensor, but good business for
you :-)
Thanks again,
Chris

Hi Tim,
I received the camera today.
It's ice cold, so I will give it half a day to warm up and let any potential
condensation evaporate. I'm sure it will work fantastically.
Thanks for everything. Happy holidays.

I really don't feel you can speak to someone's integrity unless you have met or dealt with them personally.

I recently followed the advice on this forum from someone who had excellent success with Tim. Let me tell you that it flowed so smoothly I was very impressed. I am a manager in a very competitive service industry and Tim performed like a Leader not a line worker. His repair quote was exact and never changed. I paid to ship it to him and he paid the return shipping (nice surprise)! He answered my follow-up questions same-day!

I was very concerned at first dealing through a website and a far distance away (I am in Ohio) but Tim was prompt, pleasant and extremely timely completing my initial inquiries and the actual repairs. His process out- performs any manufacture warranty or repair center I have made returns to in the past.

Tim's Casio Repair service is real and I am confident you will be as satisfied as I am after dealing with him.

Finally, to follow the other "questionable postings" some may be alluding to, I am glad I read them and found them to be true. I know I may never be back here again (unless I screw up and drop my camera again) so please dismiss the fact I am a "one timer" posting an opinion.

Regards,
Bob L.

I want to add to the positive mesages about Tim Cason and his repair business. Like everyone else, just sending your precious camera off to someone you don't know is a little scarey. Tim was everything he said he was. He gave me a quote and stayed with it, even though the camera had more wrong then he initially thought. He was prompt, relaible and kept in touch through email. He sent it back quickly and it works great!!! Thanks Tim. It was really nice working with you. Nancy R

I absolutely agree. Tim fixed my Exilim Ex-Z40 (smashed display) promptly and expertly. It was returned in a matter of a few days, looking like new. Much less expensive and more reliable than the Casio service center. I recommend his services.

Same here. I had a broken shutter button on a QV-3500EX, and it was repaired quickly, they kept me updated on status constantly, and the price was very fair.

Tho' I was wary to send my camera to a small operation, the whole experience turned out great.

I'm with you! I found Tim via a web search, checked out his info on casiorepairs.com and contacted him. He was informative quick and he even knew how the lens jamed on my qv-r40. He knew It  must have been in my pocket and it tried to turn on and smoked the servo. The manufacturer wanted $250.00 no matter what was wrong.

Tim fixed it for under $100. shipping back included!!!

Thank's Kevin

I recently killed my Casio Ex s100 lcd screen.  That's the life blood of the camera.  I called Casio's Service number from my original packaging.  They were nice and stated that the lcd was almost never warrantied.  They also stated that the repair was a certain amount that was almost as much as the camera was brand new on the internet.  I found Tim's website while I was looking for a replacement lcd screen.  I corresponded with Tim for a bit, initially seeing how much he would offer me for my camoera.  He responded with an estimate that was considrably lower than Casio's service dept.  I'm not rich, but I'm comfortable enough that I could blindly send the camera and a check to California from the East Coast.  I had a bit of trepidation, but I also had a non-functional sweet little camera.  The package came back so soon I thought the Post Office returned the box because I messed up the address.  To my AMAZEMENT, my camera wa repaired and there was an invoice/note from Tim.  GREAT SERVICE.  I'm thrilled that I could repair a great litle camera without paying as much or more than the camera was worth to buy new.    Tim Cason is not a scam as far as I'm concerned.  He is just what he posts on his site.  Fast and reliable.

I read Steve's Digicam's religiously before thinking about any digital camera.  I'm thrilled to add to the site by my recommendation.  Casiorepairs.com is on the level.  Thanks Tim.

I openned my briefcase a couple weeks ago and took out my P600 from what I thought was a good protective camera bag.  Wrong!!! The lcd was cracked - white on one side of the crack and black on the other.  The camera worked fine otherwise so I emailed Casio repairs.  After not responding for a week, they were finally nice enough to tell me that they would charge me US$370 for looking at the camera.  Needless to say, I was not a happy camper.

We went online and did some checking and found folks saying nice things about Tim Cason at CasioRepairs.com so I emailed him so he what he would charge me to replace the LCD.  He promptly responeded with a quote for almost $200 less!!!  Considering the camera still has a street price of $500 so I figured this was worth a try.

Well, I sent the camera to Tim last week with a check and he had it in the mail back to me within 24 hours of receiving it.  Imagine my amazement!  I just got it and it works great.

All I can do to show my appreciation for such great customer service is to post this msg on a board that I know will be read by folks looking to fix their broken Casio camera.   You may be a bit concerned about sending their camera and money to a PO Box in California, but I can tell you that its no risk at all.

It hurts, when you enjoy a good camera, like, EXILIM made by Casio, and then one day after the warranty expires the lens will not move any more. EXILIMS are too fragile.

Finding Tim Cason service, was great. But getting the camera repaired in a week for a very reasonable price was fantastic.

Hello, All,

Just to follow-up. I did not try to repair the camera myself. I opened it and it seemed like the only way to fix it was to force the zoom lense open. Seemed like I would do more damage that way.

Here is what I did do: I went to Tim Cason at casiorepairs.com. He fixed it fast, He fixed it well and he fixed it cheap. I was very happy with it and thank this group for pointing me to him
