Instructions
for having your products repaired:
Please
read this page first, then click
the "Continue" button and complete the form on the
following page.
All estimated costs are just that - estimates including return
postage costs to the UNITED
STATES and it's territories (including
military installations).
Warranty:
All repairs are guaranteed for at least 6 months, which includes
parts and labor for the specific repair completed, unless
specified otherwise. If after a repair your product shows
recurring symptoms of the repaired problem, you may return the
item immediately for re-work and your order will be given priority
service, however return postage may not be refunded.
Return Shipping:
All estimates include return postage costs within the USA and
territories. Repairs are shipped via USPS Priority
Mail with Delivery Confirmation Service. Delivery times
vary, usually 3 to 5 business days.
This repair
service is offered on a per-client basis. It is private and
confidential. If during the course of a repair further
damage is discovered, you will be notified immediately.
If after sending a product you choose not to have a repair
completed you are responsible for return shipping and handling
costs if product is to be returned.
Watch repair and battery service DOES NOT INCLUDE pressure testing
for water resistance unless clearly expressed.
I am not responsible for items lost in shipping/transit by postal
providers.
Services provided are for "out of warranty" only. If
your product is less than one year old you should contact the
manufacturer directly for warranty repair.
